✔ Be an Influencer:- Influence is the skill of driving product development. Build up your influence, learn to lead, guide and make things happen. Your influence affects how long it takes you to convince people to go along with your ideas, and how much trust they place in your decision-making process.

✔ Join communities:- Every PM can benefit from being up to date on the latest trends, strategies, tech. Experience and fulfilment from joining a product community, groups, attend events. 

✔ Grow your network:- Meet every engineer, and every stakeholder in your business. Build relationships, learn about what's working and what is not, Talk to the broader team.

✔ Embrace a Growth Mindset:- Learning something new requires the right mindset or attitude, Believing in our ability to learn and grow sounds like a perfectionist.

✔ Numbers, numbers & numbers:- Backup your decisions with numbers whenever possible, numbers don't lie and take out a lot of the emotion (i.e. a feature was done just because it was the, i love this one.

✔ Build a portfolio:- Use available platforms & build a portfolio of your tasks. Include all your projects, teardowns, Speeches, Events, Channel, Designs, Podcast etc.

✔ Work on your communication and storytelling skills:- Product management requires strong communication and storytelling skills. ensure to polish your communication skills and learn how to deliver a compelling story about a single product.

✔ BYOP Build Your Own Product:- It will demonstrate that you have the skills to manage a product’s life cycle from development to launch and be honest about your failures and mistakes.

✔ Upskills yourself:- Read blogs and books on product management & leadership, Hone your analytical thinking skills, Teach others, Attend conference and industry events, Follow Product Growth leaders.

✔ Fun at work while developing a reputation:- 
a) Inject a bit of passion  and fun into your role 
b) Encourage creative thinking, fresh ideas and engagement throughout your team
